Emile Burns' Introduction to Marxism

Emile Burns' Introduction to Marxism has for many years provided for tens of thousands of workers and students in all parts of the world a luminous source of understanding of what Marxism means, as a philosophy and as a political movement. Its our pleasure to bring this short volume online at Scottish Communists.

Originally publisjed as "What is Marxism?", Burns' book has been translated into numerous languages and sold millions of copies worldwide.

Emile Burns was for many years a member of the Executive Committee and the Political Committee of the Communist Party
