Thousands of luxury flats are being built in Glasgow today - but no new council houses and only a few hundred houses by local Housing Associations.

This is despite:

• 30,000 registered homeless
• Plans to demolish 20,000 ex-council houses without replacement
• Tens of thousands of families overcrowded
• A massive growth in private landlords
• Totally inadequate provision for special need

All this is the direct result of Tory housing privatisation carried forward by New Labour.
